1. Easy Rider: America Lost and Found - The BBS Story (Criterion Collection) [Blu-Ray] (1969)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I don't believe I'll ever think of Easy Rider as a great film, but I now have a stronger appreciation of it. Indeed, the more I see it, the more I like it; what I once viewed as an awful movie has become at least reasonably compelling to me. The Blu-ray provides positive picture and audio as well as a solid collection of supplements. The release gets vi

2. Easy Rider [Blu-Ray] (1969)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: I don't believe I'll ever think of Easy Rider as a great film, but I now have a somewhat greater appreciation of it. The Blu-ray provides good audio and surprisingly terrific visuals. Despite a very spotty audio commentary, we get some nice supplements, mainly via a fine documentary. While I’m not much of a fan of the movie, I find myself impressed by t

3. Easy Rider: 35th Anniversary Deluxe Edition (1969)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Easy Rider is a film that I have to grudgingly admit is better than I used to think. I still won't count it as a great film, although I grant its status as a classic, but it definitely is more compelling and thought-provoking than I previously believed. Whether you like it or not, it is one of those movies that everyone should see at least once. Starrin

5. True Romance: Unrated Director's Cut (1993)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Romance enjoys a few decent moments, but overall it falls short of its goals.

6. True Romance: Limited Edition [4K UHD] (1993)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: While I like the films Quentin Tarantino directs, when another person takes on his material, the results seem less interesting. From Tony Scott, True Romance comes across as too flashy and glossy to succeed. Starring Christian Slater, Patricia Arquette. Arrow, $59.95, 6/28/2022.

8. Easy Riders, Raging Bulls (2003)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: As a movie fan, I looked forward to Easy Riders and Raging Bulls and its examination of the developments of cinema in the Seventies. The program rushes through its subjects and would benefit from a substantially longer running time, but for what it attempts, it mostly succeeds. Directed by Kenneth Bowser. Shout Factory, $24.98, 5/11/2004.

10. Rebel Without A Cause [Blu-Ray Book] (1955)
Reviewed by Colin Jacobson: Although it probably should seem pathetically dated, Rebel Without A Cause generally holds up well despite its age. The movie provides a solid look at the era’s youth culture and the problems faced by teens. Largely due to some excellent performances, the movie remains moving and convincing many decades later. The Blu-ray delivers good picture and audio
